Office Hours
Team K Behavioral Healthcare Services Health System is currently located at 1100 Bolton Street 21201. The space is accessible to the major public transportation system in Baltimore City. However, the program will be staffed to provide services to clients both onsite and off-site within the City of Baltimore. The agency will maintain an emergency phone number for PRP clients, referral sources, family members, or care providers to contact someone 24 hours and 7 days a week. Clients and their family members will be informed of the agency’s emergency contact policy and procedure during admission into the program.
Fee Structure
Services provided will be on a fee-for-services basis based on rates set by ASO and the availability of funding from the State of Maryland. Team K Behavioral Healthcare Services Health System will accept medical assistance only. TKBHS charges $0 to the client with no copays and only accepts Medicaid.
